All Sales Final

Due to the specialized nature of our research products and to maintain the highest standards of product integrity, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in this policy.

Products that have been opened, used, reconstituted, altered, or tampered with are not eligible for return or refund.

For quality assurance and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

Store Credit
Refund to Original Payment Method

Resolution methods are determined solely at LevelPep's discretion based on the circumstances of each claim.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not entered processing or shipment.

Once an order has been processed, packaged, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately.

Shipping Policy

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping estimates provided during checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

LevelPep is not responsible for delays caused by:

USPS
UPS
FedEx
DHL
Weather
Customs
Holidays
Carrier delays
Incorrect shipping addresses
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient.

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

Checking around your property
Checking with neighbors
Contacting the shipping carrier
Filing a carrier claim when applicable

LevelPep will gladly assist customers with available shipment documentation but cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect shipping address is provided:

Additional shipping charges may apply.
Returned packages may require additional postage before reshipment.
Orders already shipped cannot be rerouted by LevelPep.

Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact our customer support team before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

We are committed to resolving legitimate concerns quickly and fairly whenever possible.

Product Storage

Customers are responsible for properly storing products after delivery.

LevelPep is not responsible for product degradation resulting from:

Improper storage
Heat exposure
Freezing (unless specified)
Extended delivery delays after successful delivery
Mishandling after receipt
